About Us

Charleston Homes was founded by Marc Stodola and Gene Graves.  The combination of the two brought years of experience in land development and residential construction in the Omaha market.  Charleston Homes has proven to be the “Best Home Value in a Custom Neighborhood.”

Charleston Homes has collectively assembled the top contractors in Omaha.  We stress the importance of quality workmanship and accountability.  Being leaders in the industry with our processes and scheduling, we are able to receive the best pricing from all of our contractors.   We believe by passing this value on to our customer, we have grown to become the third largest Home Builder in Omaha.

When building with Charleston Homes, you will experience one of the best home-building processes in Omaha.  We start by giving you a move in date at time of contract.  With our scheduling and short building cycle, we have met this date consistently.  Our production department meets with you before the building process even begins for a pre-construction meeting, to make sure we are building the home you have envisioned.

Following the completion of your home, we will meet with you for a walk-through and sign-off to make sure your home meets our standards as well as yours, before you move in.  We will then schedule a 2-month and 11-month warranty walk-through. We strive to give you a great experience, which flows through to the end of your one-year builder warranty. What all this means is that Charleston Homes has not only assembled a knowledgeable group of employees and contractors, but also top building  practices and procedures in providing you the “Best Home Value in a Custom Neighborhood.”
